Air Reviews

Air Reviews collects photo and video reviews on your Shopify store. Chatty does not sync data with Air Reviews. This page shows how to run the two apps side by side, so happy customers get asked for a review and unhappy ones get help before they write a bad one.

How to set up

1. Install Chatty and Air Reviews from the Shopify App Store.
2. In Chatty, enable the chatbox and live chat.
3. Activate the AI assistant and train it on your store.

Ways to use Chatty for reviews

• Train the AI to encourage reviews: add questions about leaving a review, with replies that politely guide customers to do it.
• Set up proactive messages that ask for a review at the point when a customer can leave one.
• Add FAQs about reviews, so post-purchase questions get an answer.
• Reply fast when something goes wrong: turn on notifications for new messages, use quick replies for common questions, and resolve the issue fully before you ask for a review.

Example

A customer writes in chat that her order arrived damaged. Your team gets a notification, replies right away and sorts out the problem. Only after the issue is resolved does your agent ask whether she would leave a review on Air Reviews.
